Responsibilities :-
- INTERNAL AUDIT FUNCTION
1. Calculating all type of financial cost/interest/Bank charges:
• Bank charges
• Finance cost according to the loan agreement,
• LC related charges,
• PCFC
• Foreign currency loan Interest
• All type of financial related cost calculations.
2. Handling foreign currency hedge accounting for Auditing.
3 Handling type of submission has to be done on timely basis like FFR, CMA.
4. Handling Ind AS applicability
5 Handling Internal Audit of Manufacturing Company.
6 Reviewing quarterly result of the company according to SEBI, Ind AS, other legal requirement
of companies Act.
7 Other work assigned by HOD.
Qualification- CA & B.Com, M.Com
