To Enable Real Estate Developers and Builders to raise 'Construction Finance for their residential projects. Major Deliverables: Source New Relationships, Covering market and manage the varied needs / requirements of real estate developers & builders, comprising of : - Construction Finance - Inventory Funding - Project Finance - The job responsibility mainly includes Sourcing new to bank customer ,Covering market areas mapped / assigned , Liasoning with internal & external stake holders of a real estate project.
- Create and manage progressive relationships with Builders / Developers, Real Estate Intermediaries, Real Estate Brokers, Property Consultants, for creating dynamic database of contacts and data sources relevant to the real estate market. -CoordinatePost sanction of the proposal and issue of Sanction Letter, Coordinate and close transactions for disbursements. - Daily 3 visits In market / geographies assigned. - Maintaining Daily Sales Report& data of customers visited - Compliance of all Pre-Commitment condition and Pre-disbursement Condition - Coordinating the process of security creation and perfection, compliance, and disbursement Portfolio Management : Post signing of the Financing Document, visiting projects on regular basis , monitoring the stage of construction , meeting the promoters for understanding progress on site Key responsibilities
: - Sourcing actively from the market with daily visits & through Channel partners - Actively tracking client performance with 3 daily Visits as per the area / location mapped - Ensure compliance of covenants - Periodic Project Site Visit for the projects already funded. - Regular meeting with all the stakeholders - Regular interaction with other Lenders (Financial Institution who are co-lender or lent for other projects) to keep a tap on financial health of the Borrower, Payment track record and rating maintained by other financial institution. . Disbursement: 2 Fresh Cases with minimum volume of Rs 7 Cr to be disbursed in a Quarter along with the Manager CF. Sanction (Business Pipeline) : Responsible for sourcing New to Bank customers, covering market areas which are allocated / mapped. Fee Based Income: Responsible for collecting minimum 1 % of Processing Fees per case. Skills And Knowledge : Educational
Qualifications and Experience : - Fresher / Any Graduate, preferably from Finance Sector - Knows the market areas & good connect in the market. - Ability to source from open market. -
Basic understanding of key Acts/Regulations/Order - Basic understanding of legal aspects in banking Communication Skills : - Ability to communicate effectively/ with developers / promoters - Ability to interact and manage client relationship at various level in order to gain in-depth understanding of client's business, financial and operational performance and successfully close the transaction
