Educational Qualification Required : Applicants must be a CA (Chartered Accountant).
Experience Required : Applicants must have minimum five years of experience. Desirable Preference would be given to the applicants who have worked on World Bank Project / Centrally sponsored scheme. Job Description: (1) Ensuring that adequate internal controls are in place to support the payments and receipts (2) Training of Finance Officer at State & district level in fund flow mechanism and filling up the reporting formats. (3) Supporting the audit of the accounts of the State and District in accordance with the financial guidelines (4) Monitoring expenditure and receipt of utilization certificate (UC) & Statement of Expenditure (SOE) from state and districts. (5) Reviewing the accounts and records of the state and district on a periodic basis (6) Coordinating with the State and Districts to address the audit objection/ internal control weaknesses, issues of disallowances, if any (7) To support all matters relating to accounts, budgeting and financial matters and management of accounting procedure in the Districts/ State.
