At the Ib Thermal Power Station at Banharpalli, Jharsuguda, state-of-the-art thermal power plants are operated by Odisha Power Generation Corporation Ltd. (OPGC), a government of Odisha company. 

With two 210 MW in the first phase and two 660 MW in the second, it can generate 1740 MW in total. For the following roles, which come with performance-based service conditions and a Market Based Salary (MBS) structure, we are seeking young, dynamic, and goal-oriented professionals to join our regular team.
