Job Description
Candidate Must have- Qualified CA CPA
- Having experience in interpreting Technical Pronunciations
- Doing a risk assessment of the mergers and acquisitions.
- Having strong US GAAP / IFRS knowledge.
- WE would be able to source the candidates who are in the M&A wing of Big Four as all of them are having this as a niche offering
What You'll Need
- 4+ Years of experience working in Big 4 and/or industry
- CPA or equivalent required (Not required to be active)
- ASC 606 or IFRS 15 experience required, ASC 808 and 842 experience a plus
- Strong technical, analytical, communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Experience advising and influencing teams outside of the core functions of your role is a plus
- Experience working with global companies a plus
- Experience with process improvement and controls a plus
