The Role

·      Execute accounting, legal and Tax function.

·      Controlling and reporting functions.

1.     Developing, testing and implementing finance, controlling and reporting function in Tally ERP 9.0 system.

2.     Accounting/book keeping of day to day business transactions.

3.     Preparation of Financials as per Income , GST & Sales Tax Laws.

4.     Budget planning and monitoring.

5.     Cash Flow management.

6.     Preparation of MIS Reports for the internal reporting.

7.     Develop and implement cost control measures.

8.     Reporting and invoicing of Financials.

9.     Liaising with Banks, Auditors and third parties for financial Transaction.

10.  Preparation and submission of Monthly statements for payment of income tax, corporate tax, GST, sales tax and any other taxes as required by sales, service & income tax department.

11.  Coordination with various local entities(tax, legal, social security, telephone, electricity, etc.) for successful running of day to day business.

12. Monitoring and review the books of Accounts.

13. Making monthly reconciliation of GL accounts, Accounts receivable and accounts payable.

14. Support GM in special projects.

Minimum 2 years in accounting and book keeping.

University degree in Finance and Accounting, Fluent English & Hindi Communication Skill.
