Formulation/implementation of financial policies, preparation of annual accounts, budgeting, resource mobilization, funds management and investment , corporate planning , corporate taxation, auditing, MIS, EDP and financial appraisal of projects/schemes, monitoring, recovery of loans, inter-departmental coordination and liaison with Government Departments and financial institutions.
