Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India (DFCCIL) invites application from eligible candidates for the post of General Manager (Finance). Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India (DFCCIL), is a schedule ‘A’ Public Sector Undertaking under the administrative control of Government of India (Ministry of Railways). DFCCIL has been created to create and operate high speed rail freight corridors along the golden quadrilateral and its diagonals. The first Phase comprises of construction of two dedicated freight corridors spanning the Mumbai-Delhi (Western DFC) and Delhi-Kolkata (Eastern DFC). At present the company has its Corporate Office at New Delhi and Field Units at Mumbai, Surat, Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Ajmer, Jaipur, Ludhiana, NOIDA, Kanpur, Allahabad, Mughalsarai and Kolkata.

Educational Qualification Required : Graduate from a recognized university and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / Institute of Cost Accountants of India /Full Time MBA (Finance) from a recognized university / Institution with good academic record.
Experience Required : Officer of PSUs working in scale of RS. 51,300-73,000 (IDA) having 20 years of managerial level service OR Officer of PSUs working in scale of Rs. 43,200-66,000 (IDA) for a period of 3 years and having a total of 20 years of managerial level service OR SAG officer working in PB 4 with GP Rs. 10,000/- OR Selection Grade Officers with minimum 20 years of Gr. “A” service working in PB-4 + GP Rs. 8,700/- (as per 6th CPC). Incumbent should have hands on experience in Preparation of budgets, Consolidation and finalization of Annual Accounts as per Statute, Taxation, Audit, Costing & Budgetary control, Banking, Pay roll, Project appraisal & raising of funds, working capital management, dealing with multilateral agencies such as World Bank/JICA, finance concurrence & vetting of works / procurement proposals etc.
